I have always had a passion for woodworking and re-purposing items into my projects. I especially like everything rustic with pieces that tell a story……right down to the rust!

I have been woodworking for over 41 years as a hobbyist and creating furniture and unique items for my family and friends over the years. My passion kicked in again while I was renovating the Lost Harbour Inn. I was re-purposing existing items for the new renovations to save money and the environment with less landfill waste.

I was asked by many of the hotel guests and staff members to start showcasing my projects from the hotel and my other projects that I used reclaimed & re-purposed wood and other items and materials. These finished items were being referred to as “Harbour Creations”, so hence the business and product name.

I focus on highlighting the unique natural beauty of the raw materials, while designing each piece to be durable, simple, and functional.

 

Now that I have upgraded to a 30 x 40 foot shop, I now will be documenting shop accessories and items that I am building, so others can see how it is built with plans, materials, pictures, and cultists.
